Store Policies

1. If we make an error on your tag, we will replace it free of charge to you.  Simply send us a message notifying us of the mistake.
2. Buyer must have accurate mail and email addresses listed with Paypal.
3. If you wish to have your tag mailed to a secondary address, it is the buyers responsibility to change the "ship to" information when checking out at Paypal.
4. Your tag is created exactly the way you submit your information. 
5. aaapet tags  is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments by the U.S.P.S.  We mail your tag purchase out quickly and rely on the postal service for delivery.  You will receive a shipping notification the date your purchase is dropped off at our local post office.
6. If you have any questions, contact me before making your purchase. 
7. If your Paypal receipt does not show the tag engraving information, this means we did not receive it either.  Please send us the information using Paypal message system.
8. Verify you are ordering the correct size tag for your dog or cat.
9. International shipments - it is possible you will be charged a Custom Fee, Value Added Tax or Goods and Service Tax. This fee is completely out of our control.
10. General note for all pet ID tags on the market today: Tags should last a year or longer depending on how rough your pet is with their ID tag. A couple things that will wear the tag out fast are: Hanging your ID tag next to another tag - such as a rabies tag. The constant friction of metal rubbing against metal will damage the tag. If your pet chews his/her ID tag, this also will damage it. There is not an ID tag available that will last if either of these two things occur.
